This hat pattern is toddler/child size:
The Witch's Hat With Spring Green
(the Spring Green yarn from Red Heart has a lot of give, so it will fit a little looser).
I used a st marker and I did not join my rows, to me it just looks nicer.

To make the second ear flap:

Leave about 21sts in the front part of the hat, attach yarn.
Repeat rows 18-28 and FO.

To make the small Witch Hat on top of the green hat:
Repeat rows 1-8 for the Ring Toss Hat game, doubling up a few rows when needed, FO when it's the height you want. It's very easy to make once you get it going.
To make the bow: with an F hook

To make the band around the small witch hat:
Make a chain long enough to go all the way around the hat.

When making the Witch Ring Toss game use a G hook

To make the brims: (make 2)

On row 7 with a G hook make the cone part of the hat.

I worked a couple rows of the hat and then finished the brim part
before it got too tall and I stuffed it. Wk row 7 but now wk the
BLO, then continue on to row 13.

Row 1. wk 1sc in the FLO in each st around.

The Crochet Halloween Haunted House Pattern©

The Crochet Halloween Haunted House Pattern©
By Connie Hughes Designs©

There's a haunted house up on the hill,
its sure to give your blood quite a thrill.
It must be time to trick or treat because the
ghosts just seem to be everywhere
even scary pumpkins sprouting crazy hair!

A candle flickers in the window so bright
burns all day and into night
those crazy pumpkins line the walk and I swear I think
"I just heard the green one talk"
So when you come passing by you'd better take care
and read the sign that says

because spooky ghosts are on the prowl seem to say "get out, get out now"!
A withering hand creeping through, and a boiling pot of witch's brew!
Happy Halloween to all of you!
